Yes! On The Talk as a guest host, she put on a shoeplay show clearly under the table. I’m trying to find the video, I believe I downloaded it years ago.

Yes, I remember. There is also a clip of a book presentation of hers, where we see at one point, that she has shed her pumps entirely.
