Is there anyway you can produce a list of clips which can currently be downloaded from the site?
There probably is a list already but I haven't seen it so instead I look through each clip to see what can be downloaded now!
This was never a problem before but my PC is bust and I've lost everything I downloaded and I share a computer with a friend now :-(

No, there is not a list like that. And it's on purpose.
A while ago i had to develop this way of allowing direct download from the server only at specific times in order to stay in the monthly traffic the server can have.
As you can imagine, if i would produce such list everyone would always come here to download the available videos...and the traffic would be too much for the server once again.
S you can either go on doing like you are doing or try to use Emule, Megaupload or Rapidshare
And remember...you can easily get a Rapidshare Premium account for free
