How do you transfers clips from your phone to your PC?

How do you transfers clips from your phone to your PC?

I have a question about making vids from a phone. I can transfer photos from my phone to my computer easy enough because I got a CD with the phone that I can load onto my PC.

But I have no idea how to watch videos on my phone except through just playing them on the phone itself.

How can I transfer them onto to my PC and what should I use to play them?

I have an O2 Nokia phone if thats of any help.
