Downloding problems

I can't seem to download right now from any site. It gives me a message about my internet explorer having a syntax error or says page can't be displayed when I try and save a vid I am about to download. Any suggestions?

Try a different browser. Such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

Now how do you change browsers, just by cliicking on firefox? How do you know you using the right one, and not the old one?

This happened after a cleared my history and deleted my cookies. Any suggestions on how to restore my settings that enabled me to download mp4?

Is it everything you can't download or just MP4 from some sites? I'm confused.

It's mp4 cause i hate flv because you can't advance the frame on the vid in flv.
