Here is the amazing carol vorderman with a very small heelpop, it would be easier to see on a higher quality video...its at 1minute 23 seconds..sorry it isnt better...
please note i have seen this lady in the flesh when i went to the studio where they filmed countdown and she shoeplays and dips all the time that you cant see on camera...it was the best actually being there and seeing her shoeplay nonstop!
