There are plenty of Lavalife commercials these days. One actually has a very very brief footsie under the table scene.

Just to eliminate one avenue of search: I checked the Lavalife website and they have a TV commerical you can view online. It does not however contain any foot content.

I would guess they have more than one TV commercial out there. Someone may get lucky with their VCR.
