Use a file host, my favourite is http://imageupper.com/ as there are no pop ups or other funny business. After a few drop down menu questions just click on browse to locate your file on your computer then click upload. Once this is done you get a choice of link methods. Choose the thumbnail/forum options and copy and paste this code.
