Bumping this topic because UglyMoe on YT just posted a clearer version then mine was on DailyMotion...mine was old VHS

His version is a little longer and has identified the film as- The Girl Next Door (1998)

But new viewers of the site..feel free to click on the old video and look at over 100 videos I had posted on DailyMotion a few years back..just make sure you turn the age gate off
