These are actually called "heelpop"

Just to add some "pepper" to this post....look at her twitter profile justine_mattera....5th of september she did some photos of her heelpopping with her shoes! And look also the answer she gave in 29th august to one of her follower saying: "You didn't see the heelpopping while on air i presume" ("Non hai visto l'heelpopping in diretta assumo")...she's very interesting!
