I saw this about a week ago on Turner Classic Movies and it really stood out but I'm not sure how many others would find it interesting. The rarely seen "The Daughter of Rosie O'Grady" from 1950 has a quite lengthy scene in it of a vaudeville performance by a balancing act with Virginia Lee, who plays Virginia Lee, and an awkward guy. She lies on her back on floor of stage and feet straight up in air, in black tights and shoes, unfortunately. The guy straddles her and tries to stand first on her hands and then on her feet. They do some more fooling around and she goes to climb on his shoulders and one foot goes right down the front of his pants!
The audience finds it hilarious. I was amazed that even though she had her shoe on, this would appear in a 1950 comedy.
Odd scene in 1950 movie
