What is the absolute best website to use to rip vids from youtube not using an extension or software you have to download to your computer?

I like https://cobalt.tools/
You might need to enable "prefer hls for video & audio" in the video settings to get it to save full videos from YouTube.

Is anyone else having trouble ripping vids from youtube? Is there a way to fix a youtube URL so that it will download?
