Another church using the same building as The Fathers House Church, so lots of potential for shoeplay by young women in first row behind speakers. Second woman from right in front row shows one shoeless foot in low-cut white sock, 43:40 to 1:03:41. The woman on right end may have shoes slipped off and sitting in front of her, not a good view.
One with lots of potential (note second and third women from far right when on camera) but all I caught was the very pretty blonde at far left of screen at 37:54 slip out of a spike heel, the second foot followed at 38:41 and shoes remained off until 49:27 when an edit jumped to the women standing.

Tall skinny young blonde at left end of row has high heels kicked off from 2:56:53 to 3:24:30. Resolution is awful and there is a clear panel in front of the row that puts out a lot of glare, so hard to tell if any other shoeplay in the row.

Some ordinary women, two or three betterlooking within. Taking off shoes.

The always attractive and well dressed councilwoman in Hamilton, Ontario, heelpops pretty much from start of meeting. But starting at 1:04:42 she performs exceptional shoe removal and shoeplay. White high heels and presumably hose. Ignore the male socked feet to her left! Shoes back on at 1:28:08 and intermittent heelpopping to end though she is absent for a lengthy period. Best of later heelpopping starts at 3:45:13.
