I wouldn't say she dipped...she was about to put that shoe on that;s why her foot came out, but then didn't. The other time she just took her shoe off to put the slip on shoe on...defenatley would not classify as "shoeplay"

This is from the old russian election clips.
Lots of dipping in this, but the quality is really really poor.
The blonde lady in black seated on the left, dips in many ways from 1:43:30 to the end (about 7 hour of dipping).
Unfortunately the quality is so poor that you can guess the movements but you can't really get how are her feet :-(
It would have been a masterpiece otherwise.

I’m a little bit proud of myself for finding this one, although fair warning that the shoe play is pretty far away. I’ve noticed some videos of the author Elizabeth Kolbert where she shoe plays while sitting down. (Here is one example: So I wondered if she might also do so while she stands up giving a lecture, and I started looking for lectures of hers on YouTube. I found several where she has an enormous podium that blocks any kind of meaningful view, but then I discovered this lecture she gave at Dickinson College and there was enough in the teaser video here - - to make me seek out a video of the whole event.
I found it, and the camera shifts to a high angle during some of the Q&A where you are able to get a view of her, albeit from a distance. And yes, she is a dipper. Check out the link here: and start around the 54:00 mark. Some great stuff at 54:35, 57:12, 58:40, 1:01:48, 1:04:00, 1:06:45, and my favorite at 1:07:48. Notice the guy facilitating the Q&A takes a few steps back to lean against the stairs and get a good look. Can't blame him!
