I don't think anyone has linked this Lima, Peru, bank customer service representative doing shoeplay. This is the first of more than 20 that the guy in Lima has recorded, some barefoot, some hose, some heels, some flats, and some disappointments.

The angle is poor and she does not show much action but the woman third from right (from Iran) has shoe slightly dangled for almost the entire video (at least twice she reaches down with hand to put shoe back on). This is part 3 of a set of videos and she is first dangling at very end of part 2.

Back of woman's right flat appears crushed down and her heel is out right at beginning of video as she reaches to shake hands with another panel participant. At 9 minutes to 13 minutes I would say the heel is definitely popped out of the shoe and again near end of video.
