A couple films I noticed.

"Women in Trouble" has a few brief scenes of stocking feet and lots of pantyhose legs. You can watch this instantly on netflix or rent it a t blockbuster.
There was a scene a few episodes back in lost as Jin's wife was being rushed to an emergency room, she was shoeless and wearing nude hose, nice sole shot.
Movie Dare has a cool scene with Emmy Rossum at the end making out with a guy wearing black designer tights and shoeless, nice sole and foot scene, it's a bisexual scene with two guys though, doesn't bother me, some of you may not like that aspect.
