If you look to the left of your screen, you'll seen Maine senator Susan Collins dipping around the 8 hr 38 min mark in red. Then at the top of your screen you'll see former Arkansas senator, Blanche Lincoln dipping around 10 hr 46 min. I've seen both dip constantly...definatly look for more of Blanche Lincoln she constantly dipped during those senate sessions

Look for some dipping by the lady in the red blouse around the 5 hr 47 min mark

That segment with Sen Lincoln is worth watching all the way to the end of the vote.
