Hello
I've just seen the Roba da Ricci clip and I've had the same problem that I had wirh the Kimberly clip i.e. it doesn't play properly, I just get the occasional still image.
I emailed you once about Kimberly and you said I needed broadband to view Kimberly properly, I tried it on a broadband computer but had the same problem.
Do you have any suggestions?

Anyway, these are all the suggestions i can give you, hope they help:
- Don't play the video from the website, but first download it to your computer and then play it from there.
- Try to play it from a faster computer. Not with a faster connection, but with a faster CPU or video card. The thing in common of thse two videoclips is their resolution: both of them are very big on the screen, and so they keep lots of your computer resources to play.
