Dangling scene in the longer version of THIS commercial

So, back 2003, around New Years Eve, a commercial aired, here in the U.S. for ESPN's "Bowl Championship Series". It involves a guy in a therapists office, rambling on about the games, while a female therapist listens. Sometime during the ad, there is a quick close-up scene of her dangling her heels. Here's the short version of the ad, minus the dangling scene:
I've been trying to track down the original version, to share on here with you guys, for the longest, to no avail. So this is just a heads up, in case any of you would like to also look. It's for the 2004 ESPN Bowl Championship Series. Maybe someone here, will have better luck. Just remember, I told you about it! lol
