Not that this will do much good now, but just so you all know she did at least two much more extreme heelpops (much like in the videos linked to here, it was also the bottom shoe both times) when she was an a now defunct MSNBC show called The Cycle, sometime around 2011-12. I had the video segments bookmarked on MSNC's website, but wen the show was cancelled the video clips were pulled from the archives. (I revisited the links one day only to find thy were dead.)

Also, it bears repeating that there must surely be a boatload of old Tanya Beckett material that most of us have never seen, if only we could somehow access it.
