This scene is from the late 80's HBO horror anthology TV series "The Hitch-hiker". I can't remember the exact name of the episode, but because it dealt with a plastic surgeon and beauty, I think it might have been entitled "Beauty is Only Skin Deep" (or something along that line).

I knew that was Robert Vaugh, but I couldn't figure out what this was. I thought it was a movie.
