Pls let me find the name of the movie

So I was looking some feet stuff on youtube and i found some video clip from a movie i dont remember the name of. In that little clip it was a guy that had foot fetish and he was looking around the bar and saw girl with pretty feet and he imagined her feet on his face. He saw his friend that was a girl and she saw that he was looking at that feet.
