This is a biker movie with Joe Namath, an American football celebrity. (He was first athlete to say he liked wearing pantyhose under his football uniform.)
One of the actresses in the movie is Pamela Billingsley. She is a biker chick and one night at the old campsite she carries a beer to Joe. As she hands it to him while he's seated on the ground, she also hooks her bare foot into his crotch and says "Here you go!" Then she pulls the foot back as he says "Thanks!" It's a quick scene and I missed it on first viewing.
