This was kind of disappointing. The actress' name is Dominique Swain (Lolita).

The scene begins with some redneck dude with a beard and Swain. Swain was sitting on a couch with her feet on the coffee table. The dude is seated across from her but a little on the left side, relative to Swain. You get to see some great shots of her feet. Then the dude says, "You know what your toes remind me of? ..." (Can't remember what he said after that). After, he starts sucking her little pinky toe. You see Swain's face and I thought she was enjoying it...Surprisingly, she said, "Don't you ever touch my toes, don't you ever suck my toes again." (Something like that) I was kinda shocked to hear that...

Well... that's my story. I doubt it's worth the effort to look for the scene. But she has some nice decent feet.
