I remember an article in April 2003 in Maxim where It was about something about intimate stuff, can't remember, but I remember bleakly the first page of that article was in black & white and had a girl who i think had stockings on and no shoes and I remember a headline on it saying something like "I got a pair of (i don't remember what number)... and they're still warm..." She was dressed kinda detective-esqe.

It was April 2003 edition of Maxim I do know for sure
