I keep getting a message on rapidshare saying "download-session inavild"
is anyone else experiencing this problem?

for others having this problem download the trial version of hide ip platinum 2.4 . it took me a while to find a proxy server that worked with rapidshare but it did work (if very slow download speed 
).

the trial version only lasts 3 days but try looking for a key crack from a site somewhere like "cracks am" (google this term for hacks and cracks and u might find one) (btw some nasty porn-ad pop ups on cracks am so clear the room of kiddies etc

uninstall the old one and install this earlier version(if you unzip the rar use this older ver and then check that folder again for "keygen.rar" u can use this prog to generate a key) see if it works for you no guarantees though as i aint tried this one yet(the keygen worked though).

after trying it i realize the program does not let you input your own proxy server addresses, this is bad becasuse the ones it uses seem to be rubbish for rapidshare (the earlier ver seemed to work better,but i could not find keygen for this).
so what we need is a similar program that lets us select our own proxy addresses. (any suggestions from experts would be usefull) ill keep trying myself and will test better next time.

to help others understand the problem better i will post some links to other googled items i have found that explain why this is happening.

a summary of why this happens with other internet service providers from what ive read:
the service provider cache loads of files to their servers, in the case of rapidshare they will store (cache) rapidshares files on their servers by copying them from rapidshares and when a user (yourself and all others that use that provider) selects a download link you are transfered redirected through the invisible proxy address the provider uses that links to the cache store.
This means service providers by using caching can transfer files to you faster i.e. adsl broadband down your phoneline because all the stuff is stored on their servers. the reason rapidshare does not work is because they do not like the service provider proxy sever thingy downloading all of their files everyday because it lags up their service. so they are now recently placing blocks on them proxy addresses. meaning certain users with certain service providers (e.g. BT) cannot access files on rapidshare.
this is why you originally would get a message saying your ip is already downloading, or you have already downloaded. Because all of the users go throught the same proxy i.e loads of people use it and rapidshare thinks they are all the same person (so you would have to wait till everybody else was asleep to get anything). wheres now they just block it altogether.
the only way you get around it is to use a ip changer program with a proxy that is not heavly used, or use a Premium account (which u gotta pay for).
