Sadly not the best quality cap of Vicky Gommersall doing a seated heelpop but it will do!!! I've been trying to find a cap of her shoe playing for a very long time!! :o

I think yesterday, around 2:28-2:30 BST, Natalie Sawyer as the camera cut to adverts stood up and removed her shoe, briefly.
