The fact is that if a very brief and random clip of her shows her dipping, one can only imagine that her shoeplay was a regular occurrence while she was press secretary. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any official or unofficial videos released of her daily meetings shot from an angle where we could see. Even photos from that angle are super rare.

Or just in her everyday life....I mean what a goldmine if someone got constant shoeplay foot-age? Also makes me wonder if the camera person was on of us in the the one in the dress video? How often do they shoot at that angle exactly when she shoeplaying

She has a show on TV and I haven't seen anything from her. We may be glorifying one random moment...

She is an habitual shoeplayer, she purposefully does not do it because it is seen as unprofessional. Notice how she has a footrest and her guests do not on her show. I saw her heelpop once on her show though, it was from afar when the camera switched angles.
