Now I just saw a preview on TV, and she was on the bed in black pantyhose... no shoes. Plus they were talking about what she was doing with her foot under the table. I don't know if they will actually show that or not but it think it's coming on this next episode.

You can see clips from the episode on CBS' website. It doesn't look like they actually showed anything. However, the next day Christine is talking to her friend and ex-husband and says something like, "you should have seen what I was doing to him under the table with my foot". It's then determined that she was doing it to her ex-husband.
