I work for an inventory company. One of the inventories scheduled was this past Saturday, early in the morning at this store for musical instruments. I was to work with one of the female employees who would help me with the SKUs of display items. It's usually humid around here this time of year from the get go, so girls tend to wear things like shorts and flip flops from about April to October. Well, everything is going good, and then we get to a couple of instruments placed pretty high on the wall. From here, she takes a chair, slips off her flip flops, and climbs atop the chair barefoot to reach the instruments. And on top of that, she would stand on her tip toes. Now on the outside, I tried to play it cool, but on the inside I couldn't believe it. There was an employee or two who would glance over from time to time to make sure she wouldn't fall or something(or maybe they were glancing at her legs & feet, too), and she would occasionally glance down too when she gave me the SKU and serial numbers, but I didn't want to make it too obvious that I was staring at her legs & feet, so I would occasionally get a glimpse from the corner of my eye. When we were done with that particular wall, she got down from the chair and slipped her flip flops back on. This happened a couple more times, like when we went to the back of the store to count some items, but she didn't take off her flip flops, and instead she got on a stool, which is a bit more risky. Still, she had nice legs and nice feet.
Another experience I remember is back in high school. There was this one girl, back in my junior year, whom I had about 3 classes with. For our first class, she was wearing flip flops. But by the time I saw her in our second class together, she was wearing black heels. I had overheard that she had switched shoes with one of her friends. Now this particular friend of hers was also in our third and final class together, and as a former gymnast -- she had long, slender legs. But though I had never seen her with these heels on, I'd wager to say that the girl in my second class looked much better with them on. Throughout the day, I'd see her walking around the school with her friends, with the heels on. Both of these girls were in my third and final class. In this particular classroom, the desks are set up like a horseshoe -- so if you're sitting on either side, you're facing each other. Well luckily for me, I sat a few seats directly across from this girls in the heels. On this day, we were watching some movie that had to deal with whatever it is we were studying(it was an American History class). I don't remember too much, but I sat up front of the ground with a couple buddies of mine. I had glanced over at the girl's feet, and she had taken off the heels. Man, she had nice feet. I pretty much stared at her feet for most of the class. I remember looking over again, and she had her flip flops back on again.
One time, I was in the Atlanta airport, waiting in the gate for this particular flight to get back home. Well, these two Delta Airlines flight attendants ending up sitting about a seat or two directly across from me. This one particular flight attendant was pretty talkative, and pretty tall -- about 6 foot, 6-foot-1. Her legs were about average size(not thin nor chunky), but with those crossed legs in those dark black pantyhose and the short skirt -- it was unbelievable. I couldn't stop staring at her legs. I'm not sure if she was dipping -- maybe it was just a figment of my imagination, because her legs were that incredible. I tried to get up and somehow get a shot of her legs with my phone. But I was in a pretty busy area, and it would seem too obvious. Besides, she was sitting in one of the seats were she was facing away from all the human traffic, so I was unable to. But that particular image of her legs is forever burned deep into the dark recesses of my mind. I had hoped that she would be one of the attendants on my flight. But alas, she was scheduled for a flight across from the gate we were sitting in. This was almost 4 years ago.

Yep, I've used that ploy myself a few times: having a female co-worker stand on her desk or a chair in order to reach, retrieve, or otherwise take some action while I "supervise" or observe.
They will invariably get rid of their shoes when doing this. And it's also fun to help them back down to the floor.

Two more experiences I can think of from high school:
-In my Algebra class junior year, there was this girl with great feet. It was in the warmer months, and girls usually wear those small denim skirts with flip flops here. I would literally stare at her feet the entire class. She had great legs, and she was a great leg-crosser, great archer and a great dangler.
-My art class senior year, there were these group of girls that sat behind me. One of them was about as tall as I am, maybe taller(I'm 5'8''), and often, she would wear she would wear that short denim skirt/flip flops combo. In this class, however, we would sit in stools. It provided me a lot of opportunities to glance back and take a look at her slender, crossed legs, and the arches and dangling she would often put on display. I remember one time, I glanced back, and she was bent over. Perhaps she was looking for something, but man, was it a view.
-In my Spanish class, junior year -- one day, there was this girl who wore this short white skirt with beige pantyhose to class. Her shoes of choice were these white flip flops with the large, thick heel. Personally, I wasn't into the whole look, and I didn't find her all that attractive, but when the class is over, and we left, we were walking up the steps towards our next class. She had slipped out of her shoe. I was tempted to help her out and put her shoe back on, but I thought that would come off a little weird. So I watched her as she came back down the steps and slipped her shoe back on.
Speaking of which, in that particular class, I always ended up sitting with the "popular" girls. The thing is, none of them I found particularly attractive, and their feet weren't all that great, either. The first girl who was too small and too thin. The second girl was too thin. The third girl, she wasn't as thin as the previous two, she had wider hips, but she was short. But I remember that often, she would wear those flip flops with the small, thin, heel, and she would dangle from time to time. I was never able to get a glimpse when I sat next to her. But when I sat a few seats behind her, I would get a glimpse. Nothing special. I also remember this other girl. She played volleyball, and she was as tall as I was. She wore a size 10. I was expecting to get some great shots of her feet, but when she wore flip flops, her feet were just ugly. The soles were too dirty and her feet looked smaller than I thought they would be.
