YouTube Once Again...

hopefully I'm not the only one getting this but every video I try play only plays a few seconds then I get that gray screen that says "error occurred, please try again later"...

I have been getting the same issue. I thought it was just me. It is really annoying.

It also seems to take the sound out too

I get that sometimes, usually after my browser (Firefox) updates to a new version. It seems to resolve itself in a day or 2. For the sound, check that it has not slid the sound indicator to mute the video. Mine does that sometimes too.
