The time period we are talking about here 1978-1980 was still the era of the big three networks in the U.S. Therefore there's only a limited pool of commercials for them to draw upon.

L'oreal was a major player in the cosmetics industry, and the commercial was very sexy for the time so I would think that would add to the value of having such an ad in the archive.

Maybe I'm just being overly optimistic here because I'd love to see it again.

First of all, before we pay anything, we need to make sure that this is the correct tellevision commercial wie're looking for. ALso, once we pay, how do we get confirmation of this delivery? We have to look into this very carefully. I am keen on paying, but I want to make sure the goods are ok first.
