Of course enviroment would factor in. Im sure if any celebrity/average person was at a gathering with the Pope or a world leader they would NOT shoeplay as compared if they are with people they can let loose with. So if you recorded both events I know the shoeplay action would vary.

According to your theory, pretty much any panel discussion or school board meeting should logically dissuade the women WHO KNOW THEY ARE ON CAMERA from shoeplaying. I agree.
