Hey guys, I think I have found the file you are looking for. This is a short clip focused on two girls in uniform. One makes a small dip, another one a bigger dip.

But maybe someone will find it:
At the beginning of movie some blondie in uniform (maybe Tracey Needham) comes to a man laying on the ground. When she sit down on her knee, her high heel shoe open, and showing her nylon foot. Really great scene. I saw it on RAI.

It's not the scene I'm talking about, but it's very very similar
Scene I saw in JAG was at the beginning of movie (before title theme) and she went alone to the man laying on ground in hangar.
