She is Emma d'Acquino, a news anchor-woman of the Italian state television company RAI.
I'm not sure that her feet are in nylon, but it looks like it. What do you think of it?

Fantastic nylon feet photo of Emma.
I know one of the Rai news staff member and she said that Emma suffers for a painful corn on her feet toe, so she remove her shoes whenever possible.
This could explain also the use of open shoes with nylon in the video, given that in Italy it is a rare match.
By the way, there is nylon in the video, right?
