Hello guys! I also have a deleted account in YouTube and I'm seriously worried about my present account as I'm beeing flagged regularly. It took me a year to rebuild my account and I'm petrified in the idea that it might be deleted again!
I have always wondered who are these peolpe and why do they flag foot fetish videos of any kind. Initially I thought that they are just conservative and puritanistic people who consider foot fetishism as perversion but later on I realised that among them there are many fellow foot fetishists! These people think that the candid shoeplay videos violate the privacy of women and they don't accept foot fetish videos featuring women in their underwear. But there is another category of foot fetishists who just envy the success of other foot fetish channels! I have received some hate comments and messages throughout time but I didn't pay any attention to them. That was until I received a message by a guy called "CandidPantyhoes" or "pantyhose3d". This is the personal message that I received from him:

Say goodbye to your account.
All you do is steal people videos and your account has been suspended before. I'm gonna contact YouTube and tell them about how you keep uploading copyright material on your channel which is a violation of YouTube's policy. Your account will get shut down again. Oh yeah no need to block me you coward,I already blocked you.

This guy has two accounts (http://www.youtube.com/user/CandidPantyhoes and http://www.youtube.com/user/pantyhose3d) and I've been informed that he's threatening other foot fetish channels as well. I'm afraid there are not many things we can do for people like him because stupidity is unbeatable!

The problem with private links is: Mostly no one knows this (or other) forum. The threads are so widely spreaded and there is no "first address" to look at.
Maybe there could be an option to start a link page as some warez sites do and spread this address. You know what I mean?
Just that it wouldn't depend on a membership or facebook account, only a list to "unlisted" videos... I got heavy webspace and an own server legally, I will think about this further, but how do you like the idea of a directory which includes YT and vimeo?
dailymotion is not the good choice in my opinion qualitywise...

I got account strikes too with my YT. I put off the clips instantly, waited 6 months and put them back then.

Another thing besides haters (which are almost everywhere):
There are too many idiots who comment sexual stuff. There are some playlists who link to girly shoe- or sockplay. Those girls are underaged (which is ok for me when they are 16) and they do vlogs or shopping clips, but sit on a sofa with socks. Now there comes a bastard and comments "hey sexy socks, would like to cum over it"... THAT IS MORE THAN STUPID and puts all of us in a deep hollow for our passion.

I think unfortunatley our YT days our numberd...except for the "non shoeplay videos". If we can keep the jackasses from commenting on the non shoeplay videos, we'll be okay. All the town meetings, choir practice, any type of government meeting videos, we can catch the pure, can shoeplay stuff...which honestly is really cool!
