Ok...on a second thought... you can use baidu. I've tested it, and it's surely spam / virus free.

I'd let him post, IF he uploads his stuff on a decent sharing site like mediafire or mega.nz, otherwise, I'd ban him, can't download his stuff from those shady chinese sites anyway!!
