This is Cameron Diaz in "Charlie's Angels". In this scene she's wearing a pair of red stiletto pumps with an ankle strap. After an explosion she lies on the ground with the one pump completely out of her foot but with the strap on her ankle. She gets up and she walks with the one pump properly placed and the other drawn from her foot by the ankle strap! Very sexy!

The strange thing is that at the specific point of the conversation she is upset but the dangling goes on! The area under the table is a little dark but the action is visible.
