The initial page asks to select a country. Select Israel for instructions in English. The next page shows a woman lying barefoot on a mattress. Move the cursor over "Play With Me" and it changes to a feather. You can then tickle the woman by clicking any part of her body. Different reactions for multiple clicks. Quite nice reactions when you tickle her feet.
Something different and I found it fun.
