Elizabeth Hopkins Heelpop...trust me it's worth it.

the clock counts back from 48 start watching around 46 minutes....it's a forced shoepop..
She always heelpops but it's very hard to see, but this one was JUST FOR US!

I don't know how to download this type of video...but if anyone can, certainly assist us if you have the time or interest! I would love this video for my archives.
She is a shoeplay, there just aren't too many opportunities to see her do it clearly...but there are still vids out there. Go to perfspot.com and search The Rhode Show RS
the full length videos start (or end) with RS and then a number...in this case
RS 20090814 or 20090814 RS
Watch them and see what you can find. This was an older vid so I'll be seraching history for more stuff.

Yes, you can do it with VirtualDub, an excellent free software

For downloads like this you can take "Moyea YouTube FLV downloader". Its very easy to use. First start the software, than klick the link and when the video starts, the download starts automaticly.
