The entire video archive of cspan has been posted online. Well at least back to 1987. I have started cataloging shoeplay from last week backwards just Senate sessions.

Now it might not be the sharpest picture, but you can always tell when dipping is going on. Hopefully in a coupld of weeks I'll have a listing of dates and times in each video clip where you can go see shoeplay from there.

There's SO MUCH footage (no pun intended) I'm sure we can find plenty of good material. I do however wish to say that we should share info discretely about this. No sense in potentially turning this stuff into something like the shopping channel shoeplay demise.

Great news! I'm all for keeping it discreet as well. I've heard about women dangling and all sorts of good stuff. What is the site?? Good find!

Very interesting news! In these archives there are endless hours of fantastic shoeplay but the question is how can we download or get in any way a show that contains shoeplay?

dangling fan, I would suggest that maybe you could purchase a program like FLV recorder (i think that is what it is called) and you can then record the portions you want (think) or the entire video.

I almost have all of May cataloged for the Senate Sessions.

Just as a further note from my studies...here's a basic primer to watching...

1. Senate sessions are a great source (quorum calls, votes)
2. House sessions normally don't yield all that much...unless you catch someone sitting or standing behind someone speaking and gete a good leg/foot shot. votes are often difficult to find any cause camera is far away.
3. senate committee meetings are good also, but only when they meet in a certain room. There is another room that does not lend the camera angles at to shoeplay viewing.
4. from there it is a free for all. speeches, briefing sessions, etc. we'll just have to comb through it.

C SPAN is king! After just hetting the tip of the ice berg I found this gem. Around the 348 min mark there is a woman in a blue skirt and black hose and let me tell you she can't keep her shoes on!

If anyone knows how to get a clearer shot of this let me know, you can zoom in but the pixels distort it a bit, but you can clear tell where her heels are off and and her stocking feet are exposed.

Senate sessions from the summer of 2009 should be very fruitful. I remember there was a supervisor of the pages (blonde, a little heavy) who almost constantly dangled when sitting in the chair near door to right of podium, especially when wearing a pair of white flats. During lengthy quorum calls she would really put on a show, dipping as well. I know one day she slipped off both shoes. During votes, from the widest angle, her foot with dangling shoe would be visible. I think supervision was shared with a much heavier woman and a black woman, but the blonde seemed to be in charge the most when I was able to watch.

One more tip. Going back to the 1980s Senate sessions may yield some really nice results. This was before those railings were built that block foot views of staff during Senate speeches. I remember lots of shoeplay and dangling from staff as they sat on couches during speeches. And the female pages (if you are not squeamish about their ages, probably at least 16) wore dressy flats and suntan hose instead of the dark socks and tie shoes they seem to wear now. I remember lots of shoeplay from them during quorum calls. I just checked a November 1987 Senate session to confirm the lack of railings in front of staff seating and the pages' footwear.

This particular person has been working there for several years...and I have seen her not only dip, but do seated shoeplay as well. Also, the woman standing beside her shoeplays as well. Just depends on the day, the length of the quorum call, and honestly if lots of people are around they as less likely to do anything.

I almost have the month of March 2010 chronicled, as far as the Senate goes. Will attach a text file with the results. 1 down.

Here is March 2010 Senate Shoeplay listing. I hope that is covers the viewings well. I tried to be very discriminating with my filtering of what would really qualify as shoeplay and what would be worth even viewing. If there are questions about the times...I think they may have went from mmm:ss format to a hh:mm:ss format at some point. but you can divide by 60 to get the time to g to if there is an issue. Please give feedback. I'm working on Feb 2010 now.

Dangling right now (silver flats) in Senate session, April 21, 2010, 10:08 am EDT, of flat by woman at left table in front of podium, so she may dangle throughout quorum calls today. Just turned TV on and there she was. An hour later, a different woman, the usual large woman in the same chair, also dangling. At 3:10 pm, the first woman sat down, crossed her legs and dangled, but then a senator asked to speak. There were lengthy quorum calls earlier during the day but these women would get up and walk off the floor for most of them.

You have to view full screen to see the action. But the stuff before noon is about the clearest dangling I have seen on C-SPAN

Despite the mention of all the programs since 1987 being available, I find that very few Senate sessions from 1987 and 1988 are operable for me. I remember those years as being the best for seeing shoeplay. The worst years are the ones when big screen borders reduced the size of the picture during quorum calls. You couldn't see anything then. I have just played around with random dates so far, no time to make concerted "attack" on all the videos.

I almost have April 2010 finished and have started on may. Feeture Feature....that dip from the stenographer was a great one. She is a very consistent shoeplayer. Well, at least dipper.
