Dear almerzi the wikipedia is not the best source for political and historical information! The name of the country according to the United Nations is FYROM (Former Yugoslavian Republic of Macedonia) and it is like that for the moment in order not to be confused with the Greek territory of Makedonia. There are currently negotiations between the two countries and hopefully there is going to be a final decision for this story in the future. Until then let's just stay to feet!
