There is a brief footsie scene in the british programme 'Waking the Dead'
The episode is called 'The End of the night', they are having dinner and the guys wife goes into the kitchen to answer the phone then his sister in law starts rubbing her foot on his ankle while his wife is in the next room.
Its short and not the greatest but its a scene none the less.
