As for the first scene, it appears to come from the Foot Factory website. I believe we had a dead link for it here on the forum a while back.

Oh man!! I have no idea how to thank you guys!! Amazing. I kept looking for that first scene on and on and I couldnt seem to find it. PLus that thread you sent has many other good videos too.
