Showtime channels in U.S. are airing "Wendy Liebman: Taller on TV" starting this month. It is a one-hour standup comedy special and Liebman performs shoeless in dark tights. I just caught the last 10 minutes so I can't guarantee she is shoeless the whole hour but I wouldn't be surprised.

I can not see the video. Can you tell me how do you see the video. Is there any process to do?

You would have to watch the television program, all I linked to was the page giving the television schedule, no video. Someone would have to capture it from TV and post it for non-American, non-Showtime subscribing members.
