Just got flagged for a second time on Youtube. Removed my best dipping clip...here's the guy's comment - I know he must have flagged the video. I'm going to flag all of his I can. Plus, my account is suspended for two weeks.

murdockshady has made a comment on Delta Flight Attendant Dipping:
this is illegal. filming unknowing women for your perverted sexual desires..and putting her on the internet... hope she c's your recording on here and files charges against you.they will go to the airport security vids and figure out who you are. you f***ing perv. they can track you from cam to cam too figure your seating... good luck

First of all, he is totally wrong...she doesn't even know who I am. Second, the whole thing is BS. Whatever.

Where is somewhere besides vimeo that we can stream. I hate vimeo. Dailymotion perhaps?

First of all the flagger is talking out of his ass, legally speaking. Pure rectal locution. It is perfectly legal -at least in the U.S.- to film a person without their knowledge in any public place (if it weren't 99% percent of all footage shot in public would be illegal) and the idea that some ad hoc legal accommodation could be made for shoeplay is beyond ludicrous. There is no ex post facto law, meaning they can't just make one up to suit the occasion and then charge you with "breakining" it.

It's legal to film, but it's illegal to put the filmed material in public without their authorization. Anyway i agree, it's all BS.... Dailymotion is the way to go i believe.

I think related and more related videos made he came across shoeplay videos.

Well, I was thinking about it yesterday

Nowadays youtube is not good with shoeplay videos

I mean, Youtube has been good with shoeplay videos once...

Thanks for all your responses...I will most likely load up to Dailymotion and then just post links here for you all. I'll just leave my Youtube account up till it gets cancelled I guess. I still though think it is the easiest place to post content to.

Of course i'm talking just by the legal point of view, and i speak for experience because we have our models sign a special document when we shoot for PiediWeb sites (it's common among photographers).

But videos can be flagged for any reasons on Youtube...and Youtube can do all it wants to our videos because, let's dont forget it, Youtube doesn't allow sexual material (or at least the rules say so)...so well...we are on a borderline...

Daily Motion guys...let's just go there :)

How is shoeplay considered borderline sexual material?Unless the woman is giving a footjob

How is it the guy found your stuff to begin with? He'd have to be searching for it in my opinion. Nothing legal any one can do. No one is gonna waste time on this shit, hunting you down. They are too busy trying to track internet predators and p2p sites. Youtube is just trying to cover there own ass. If only someone would go into youtube and create some sort of organization to it. Some people have no life and hide witnin there narrow scope conservative ideas. I recommend offering a download option to keep your files available. Is there any posible way to offer a streaming service within a forum like this one? I don't think I can through mine. Just wondered if it was possible.

@Footsiefreak it is sexual material...let's dont pretend to ignore the reason why we like those videos :)

@christo a streaming site has really high costs in terms of traffic and server power, at at the same time it has really low chances to be profitable so...no, it wouldn't be possible

Not at all my friend..

As I said above... related and more related videos directed him to those shoeplay vids..

It's not usual, but happens.

I think that was it.

I think he was looking for it.Thats the only way you can find shoeplay on YouTube. If you signed out nothing on shoeplay would show up unless you searched for it.
