I see these all the time. People just want to see faces.They dont care about feet or shoes. In many cases, they intentionally avoid them because they don't think it looks classy for people to be barefoot in pictures from formal events. I've seen worse, atually. Pictures from parties or nights out at a bar and theres always women dressed up and They never aim the camera far enough down. I see women in nylons with their knee bent to the rear, and they never show anything past the ankles.I always think theres a nice heelpop or dipping going on but it looked too embarassing so they cut it out on purpose.
