Big Brother is a reality TV show that started in Scandanavia I believe but is now in much of the world where strangers are locked in a house and cameras watch their every move. It derives from the George Orwell novel 1984 where "Big Brother" was always watching your every move. Dom looks similar to that show except that the hot girl in question is on a laptop, whereas in Big Brother contestants are cut off from the outside world.
