Found this video a while back, it shows actress Mary Elizabeth Winstead relieving her feet from uncomfortable shoes .
It's 4 years old and i thought it would be here but I did a quick search and I didn't find it, so here it is
This one is from some time later when Mary approached the crowd to sign autographs.
It doesn't have any shoeplay but 16 seconds in we can hear her say "These shoes are killing me!" .
It also shows her walking funny in her painful heels. enjoy
