I don't believe they're the same heels, actually...the ones she wore on Fallon were Louboutins, and unless she's managed to wear the paint off the soles of those heels, they aren't red-soled.
So she has two pairs of impractical, uncomfortable heels. Good for us!
(Pity she wasn't in hose for this interview. I will say that "I'm just going to keep my shoes off, I think that's better" is one of the sexiest things I've heard an actress say.)
