Problems with lepan

It took me a while to manage to download videos from lepan and now there seems to be a new problem! 
Initially Chrome doesn't allow me to enter the lepan website due to excessive viruses and when I enter the site with my own responsibility lepan is asking me to register. Is it obligatory to register in order to download videos from lepan? Do I have to pay? I will appreciate any good answer to those questions because the problems never end with this site!
